Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every Zeridion Flare account, on every plan.

You may not use Flare to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassment.
  • Run distributed-denial-of-service attacks, port scans, or credential-stuffing against third parties.
  • Process, store, or transmit unlawful content (CSAM, content that violates export controls, content that violates someone else’s intellectual-property rights).
  • Circumvent rate limits, share API keys across organisations to avoid tier limits, or otherwise abuse the service.
  • Reverse-engineer the Flare API or SDK to build a competing service, except as permitted by applicable law.

If you violate this policy

We may suspend or terminate the offending account. For severe or repeated violations we will retain the right to permanently ban the customer and to notify law enforcement where required.

Reporting abuse

If you believe a Flare account is being used in violation of this policy, email abuse@zeridion.com with as much detail as you can share.
