Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Public preview notice. The Zeridion DPA template is in preparation with counsel. The page below describes the request path; specific terms, timing, and pricing are confirmed in our response.

If you process EU personal data through Flare and need a Data Processing Agreement under GDPR Article 28, contact us and we will coordinate.

Request path

Email privacy@zeridion.com with:

  • Your company legal name and registered address
  • The Zeridion account email it should be linked to
  • The jurisdictions you operate in (EU, UK, US, other)
  • Whether you need a specific clause set referenced (e.g. EU SCCs, UK IDTA addendum)

We will reply with the agreement, the subprocessor disclosure, and any other documentation your procurement team needs.
