Privacy Policy

Public preview notice. The final Privacy Policy is in preparation with counsel and will be published before general availability. The summary below describes our practices today.

What we collect

  • Account data you provide on signup: email, password (salted+hashed), project name.
  • Job-related data your application submits: job payloads, schedules, and execution metadata.
  • Operational telemetry: API request logs, error traces, and performance metrics. Retention windows are confirmed under signed DPA.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not use customer payloads to train models.
  • We do not share data with advertising networks.

Data residency

Production data is stored in our Azure tenant and encrypted at rest. Specific region, encryption-cipher details, and additional-region availability are confirmed under signed DPA — email privacy@zeridion.com if residency is a procurement requirement.

Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email privacy@zeridion.com and we will respond within 30 days.
