Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 2026-05-17 (Preview). Final policy will be published at general availability.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel any paid Zeridion Flare subscription at any time from the Customer Portal (Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription) or by emailing support@zeridion.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing — you will not be charged for any billing period that begins after your cancellation request is processed.
Service access continues until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier (1,000 jobs / day, 1 project) and remains available — your data is retained and the dashboard stays usable.
2. Refunds
Zeridion Flare does not offer refunds for the unused portion of a paid billing period. Cancelled subscriptions retain full service access until the end of the period already paid for, but no money is refunded for that period. This applies to all paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business).
Exceptions where we may issue a refund at our sole discretion: duplicate charges, charges incurred after a valid cancellation request was confirmed, or a confirmed service outage that triggers SLA credits beyond the standard schedule. SLA credits are governed by the SLA and applied as account credit on the next invoice unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Trial period
The Starter and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial; the Business plan includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial period no charge is applied to your payment method. The subscription auto-converts to the paid plan at the end of the trial.
You may cancel during the trial period at no cost — cancellation before the trial end means no charge is ever made. We send a reminder email three days before any trial converts to a paid charge.
4. Free plan
The Free plan ($0/forever) does not require a payment method and has no billing implications. Closing a Free-plan account stops dashboard access; data is removed per the deletion timeline in our Privacy Policy.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@zeridion.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We aim to resolve all billing disputes within 5 business days. Chargebacks initiated without a prior support contact may result in account suspension under our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Currency and taxes
All published prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. Customers in jurisdictions where Zeridion is required to collect VAT, GST, or sales tax will see those taxes added at checkout.
