Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-05-17 (Preview). Final terms will be published at general availability.

Public preview notice. Zeridion Flare is in public preview. The final Terms of Service are in preparation with counsel and will be published before general availability. Until then, your use of Flare is governed by the preview terms described below.

1. Preview-period use

During public preview, Zeridion Flare is provided on an as-is basis, without uptime guarantee, for evaluation. We will give reasonable advance notice before any change that materially affects existing accounts, with the specific notice window confirmed in the final Terms.

2. Your data

You retain ownership of all job payloads, schedules, and metadata you submit. Zeridion processes that data solely to operate the service.

3. Acceptable use

See our Acceptable Use Policy for the conduct rules that apply to all customers.

4. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. Zeridion may suspend an account that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or attempts to disrupt the service for other customers. Billing implications of cancellation — refund posture, trial-period behavior, and how service access is retained until the end of the paid period — are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
